MIDTERMS???! Nah not for me this semester!

So almost everyone had their midterms from other classes. The feeling of overwhelm and nervousness. Which subject do you study first or which do you have to put the most effort into? I better not be late to class too! because some professors won’t let you take the test once a person leaves the classroom. Some may even give you a ZERO and no make ups or give you an essay test. But this semester is where it’s at for me! I have no midterms and CT101 is my only and last class until I graduate this semester. I only needed 3 credit course since I’m done with my major course already, so yea… gave this course a go because it seemed interesting. I’m happy because all my my other semesters was stressful being a full time student. These midterms gave me stress because it can really affect your grade and I wanted a good grade. Now I was just chilling.

Feels good.

Making my own website

Today in class we all learn how to make our own website. This was pretty exciting because I always wanted my own website. When it pop up in my head I checked a few web hosting site but it was way too expensive. I’m one of those few who won’t be making a blogging site, but I’m also not a journalist. It will be for my health insurance advertisement.  My parents own a private business and I would like to put everything on there. I will continue to post my blogs on ct101 website! I’m pretty excited about my website because you have full control and you can add anything.

How to clean the caches/cookies/data on the college’s computers

The professor gave me this idea. So many people had their saved searches while we were trying to figure a good name for our website. Here is a simple tip to to clear it without closing it over and over again. In Google Chrome top right corner, click the three dots, history, and then clear browsing data.

You can also do this before you leave the class so others won’t see what website you went on. 🙂

For home browsing I been using this software for over 10 years, called Ccleaner. You can make it clean certain things on different browser, such as you can uncheck or check the box for cleaning your history from Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Fox, Internet Explorer and many more if you have any others. It is also a helpful “start up” tool for you to use, where as you can disable certain programs during start up on your computer. You can also do this in “msconfig” but I find it easier on Ccleaner because it doesn’t list 1000 items. There are many other features too such as fixing the registry, disk analyzer, and system restore. But these I do not use as you can do it manually from the computer from settings or from disk storage if you ever want to reformat a drive from there.

Just picked a random portrait from google images, no clue who this person is. Brittney helped me a bit on where to get the filters. We both were lost how to get all the frames into a video animation, but eventually we figured it out. We just need some refreshers!
