Today in CT101, we learned how to make memes using photoshop. I made my first meme using a picture of Andy Samberg, who plays Jake Peralta in one of my favorite shows, Brooklyn 99. The caption has nothing to do with the show, but when I saw his facial reaction, that was the first thing that popped into my head. Not so original, I know, but hey I’m still trying to get the hang of things. I really enjoy the process of meme-making and will definitely take it upon myself to make more using different platforms.
Aside from watching Brooklyn 99 on Hulu, I spend a significant amount of time looking at these “doggo translation” videos. I absolutely love these videos because they never fail to make me laugh or smile. I chose this particular video to share because even though it’s really cute, I also like the message it conveys about not polluting. Just look how happy the fishe makes the doggo!
as a marine conservation activist and proud representative of FishePeace, doggo incentivises the public to reduce water pollution: “less fishe mean less blub blub, which mean less happ for doggo” pic.twitter.com/OrFMBKM4j2

So far I’m loving CT101! It’s that one class that I feel like I can actually apply what I learned to my real life. I can’t wait to create more projects!
