Ct101 was definitely a learning experience for me. I remembered how excited I was at the beginning of the class and now that it is over, I wish that I could have done more. Witnessing the amount of creativity and talent during final presentations, I wish I could do it all over and really work and perfect my site, all of my posts and overall everything I produced in the class. I started off the semester with all these ideas and I did not take the appropriate time to execute them all. One thing I would have done differently is not trying to rush through each weekly assignment. Like everything else, you have to keep practicing one thing to eventually be good at it.
Making gifs and working with Photoshop for the first time was a lot of fun. Learning how to transform anything and make it your own through Photoshop was amazing, but it definitely is not an easy thing to do and I will continue to practice how to do it and eventually get better at it. Another thing that was a lot of fun was creating my own site. And while it was very exciting, I quickly realized that it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. My website isn’t where I want it to be as yet, I want to continue working on it and make it my own personal outlet.
Altogether, CT101 is a class that I would recommend to everyone, you absorb so much just in a matter of a few weeks and develop skills that you can carry on with for the rest of your life.
