One thing that’s been making me really happy this week was my yoga practice. I tried a new pose recently called Goddess Pose and not to provide some TMI but that is a REAL stretch for your hip and groin muscles!
Yoga is always work but afterwards I always am grateful I did it. It’s just provides a huge release spiritually and physically. Once your lying on the ground you can breathe even deeper into areas of your body you didn’t realize even existed.
