Greetings, everyone. For the assignment, I thought that I would post the link and embed the video that I talked about in class:
First off, I just decided to go with this because I was planning on finding another clip from the show, but decided to let it be seen by everyone else since I felt it would make more sense to do that. Plus, It is like a little bit of an accomplishment for me, since I finished watching the entire series yesterday (Thank god for Netflix) and this video was like a medal to me.
I know, sounds dorky. Sue me.
In all honesty, the reason this video tickles my funny bone so much is actually because of three things:
- They (Ed Wuncler III and Gin Rummy) actually take time to discuss the pros and cons of the Bluetooth headset, while also adding in some funny situations and dialogue.
- All this time, they are robbing an unknowing resident’s house, but not even utilizing proper burglary etiquette, like keeping quiet and Rummy taking that beer from the fridge.
- The last scene, when Rummy crouches to look under the bed and Ed comments, to which Rummy looks over and sees Ed on his headset. (gif):

Other than that, it really does relate to the problem of most people who have headsets. I remember once seeing a guy with a Bluetooth when I went to elementary school. I just saw the dude talking, I didn’t know who to; I just thought the guy was crazy or something. It is less of a problem now, but I say just because you don’t see too much of something happening, doesn’t mean it doesn’t still happen.
