Good Morning

Good Morning, around this time 10am most people are already up, and if you have the time you should ALWAYS eat breakfast. but before you even think about eating anything remember this. It is always in your best interest to have a glass of water no later than 10 minutes after waking up, that way you jumpstart your metabolism for the day. It is commonly said that you need at least 8 glasses or as I’ve heard half your body weight in ounces in water everyday. Then you eat your breakfast.



By having the cup of water before you eat you already feel kind of full, and you won’t end up overindulging in food :) shh.
