As the Spring moves on-wards, the cold hasn’t left us…But, that doesn’t mean we can’t still have loads of fun with the world of media here in CT101. The time in this course allows the opportunity to partake in a bevy of projects, tasks, and other exciting challenges, and all around good times. Browsing through archives given to us, I’ve noticed the distinct chance to engage in “Mash Ups”, as shown on the DT106 page. This is particularly intriguing as due to the many different routes and creative trajectories this can allow; it isn’t so one dimensional. I would assume that one’s editing and cutting ability is sharpened through this, and I welcome learning these skills. I am sure there will be certain programs I will get exposure with that can further benefit me if I want to take other ambitious goals up, so it is a great base.Something which I’ve noticed as a niche of mine already is video production, I have some talent with Windows MovieMaker, so I would love to revisit this.

It is an example of “mashing” different content up.
This is also funny, but focuses more on the weaving images together: http://assignments.ds106.us/assignments/public-service-annoucement/
Please, I crave the chance to add as much practice and skills to my arsenal ,so smaller projects which get across the essence of media skills would be amazing. We should certainly be engaging in them every class session.
