Lack of sleep

The past few days have been extremely stressful. It’s a different type of stress I’m sure some of you can relate. My mind has been racing and I cant sleep. Up thinking about a lot of things. I just wish I could shut it off. I find myself doing it during the day also. I’ll sleep for two hours earlier in the night then I’ll wake up at 10 or 11 and I wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep and before I know it it’s time to get to the gym them work. It’s been going on for about four days now. How can I turn off my brain
